This was taken a few weeks prior to the snowstorms that blanketed Colorado and much of the mid-west. My parents and I went up to Rocky Mountain National Park and saw a few little snow flurries at the higher elevations. This was taken as the sun shone on one of the passing cloud formations.

There seems to be fog settling over parts of it. It's always cool to see fog over someplace in the distance. Although it's even better when you're looking down into a valley or pond and see the cloud just hovering there...

Yeah the snow seemed so light that in parts it acted more like a fog. I think I took this one from the side of the road. There was plenty of freezing wind so I didn't spend so much time taking the picture.
